Approach

Keystonne is the catalogue side of the works — India's first end-to-end hospitality marketplace, modelled on what WebstaurantStore did for the United States. After two decades of building kitchens for hotels and restaurants across the subcontinent, we kept being asked the same question: where does an operator buy the rest of what they need — the smallwares, the consumables, the replacement parts, the second commercial fryer for the second outlet — without spending a week chasing fifty suppliers? The answer in India was nowhere. So we built it.

Alongside the marketplace, Keystonne runs its own value-engineered commercial kitchen line — manufactured inside Hemco's works in India and priced for the operators who can't yet write a Hemco-flagship cheque. Same steel, same fire-safety engineering, same after-sales: a deliberately tighter catalogue at an entry price point. The marketplace is Keystonne's WebstaurantStore play; the Keystonne Kitchen line is the house brand inside it. Behind both sits Hemco's twenty-eight-year reputation in the kitchen industry, and the rest of the group's manufacturing depth.
