Approach
Kerning Hospitality is the group's culinary and hospitality consultancy — built so that operators can engage one team for the entire arc of opening a restaurant, hotel F&B programme, or institutional kitchen. From kitchen design and equipment specification, through menu engineering and food-cost modelling, into operations setup, training, and finally the soft opening — the practice covers every step that historically required four different vendors who do not speak to each other.
Behind the consultancy sits the rest of the house: Hemco for the kitchen build, Keystonne for the supply, Kerning Studio for the brand and menu design, Kerning AI for the operations data layer. Operators get senior advice from a single firm and the manufacturing and service infrastructure to actually deliver on it. The practice is currently scoped to the Indian market but is being built for export.
