Counsel for builders — corporate, regulatory, and commercial law for the people who make things.
Positioning
Corporate law firm.
A corporate law practice advising on transactions, regulatory, and commercial matters across the group's industries.
Approach
Cronuss Associates is the group's law firm — set up to serve the way the rest of the house actually operates. The brief was specific. We wanted counsel who understood that an industrial group does not need a deck of partners on every email; that contracts should be readable; and that the value of a lawyer compounds when the same person has been at every transaction for a decade. Cronuss was built around that.
The firm advises on corporate, regulatory and commercial matters across the group's industries — manufacturing, hospitality, technology, defence — and takes on a small number of external clients in similar shape. It does not pitch on RFPs. The practice is partner-led, written advice is standard, and the firm's senior counsel are reachable on the phone.
“Counsel for builders.”
